About The Role
AlphaStaffHCM™ is seeking a Human Resources Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role involves managing end-to-end HR services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Human Capital Management solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.

The Account

Manager will act as an HR advisor, providing compliance guidance, strategic workforce support, and operational assistance tailored to each client’s unique needs. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, problem-solving, and service excellence, with responsibilities including HR consulting, policy development, workforce analytics, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR technology systems, and will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources

• At least 2 years of experience working with multiple Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Talent Management platforms)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and cloud-based applications

• Spanish language proficiency preferred

• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and compliance standards

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively

• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, environments, and client needs

• Willingness to travel as required based on client location

• Ability to maintain a professional home office environment suitable for virtual meetings and presentations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts, providing ongoing support and guidance

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular review meetings and proactive engagement

• Advise clients on HR best practices, compliance requirements, and policy development

• Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and inform clients of necessary actions to ensure compliance

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to deliver actionable insights

• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures aligned with legal standards

• Provide subject matter expertise on leave management, including FMLA, ADA, disability, and other regulatory requirements

• Manage vendor relationships for HR programs such as background checks, applicant tracking, and onboarding systems

• Document client interactions, initiatives, and compliance guidance within internal systems

• Support client retention and satisfaction through solution-oriented problem-solving and relationship management

• Coordinate with other AlphaStaffHCM™ departments on HR functions like contract negotiations, benefits open enrollment, and workers’ compensation

• Conduct annual HR assessments and meet with clients periodically to review HR needs and service satisfaction

• Develop state and federally compliant employee handbooks and support employee training initiatives

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional HR and HCM services
