Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Human Resources Internship Program designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Interns will support HR functions such as policy development, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and contribute to the development and maintenance of HR management systems. Additional responsibilities include assisting with research, process improvement, and documentation to support the company’s growth and mission.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and experience with HR Policies and compliance
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Interested in leadership, operations, or entrepreneurship
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office or HR-related software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psycology, or a related field
• Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required
