We are seeking a highly strategic Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, recruit, and build the exceptional team required to scale visionary companies with excellence, precision, and culture at the center.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is an opportunity to help architect a world-class organization from the ground up.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an elite recruiter, talent strategist, relationship builder, and organizational operator who understands how to attract top-tier talent across startup, luxury, hospitality, consumer brand, operations, finance, marketing, and executive leadership environments.
This individual must thrive in entrepreneurial settings, move with urgency, maintain absolute discretion, and possess exceptional judgment regarding people, culture, and leadership fit.
The role will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to build a high-performance organization aligned with long-term vision, culture, and growth objectives.
