Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues.
• Support and lead colleague engagement.
• Proactively partner with managers in assigned departments to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions.
• Play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments.

Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)
