Job Description:
• Serve as SME Workday transactions and primary escalation point for complex HR service and employee records issues
• Assist with issues found in the education or background verification processes and work with HireRight for resolution, as needed
• Maintain and update employment files
• Perform troubleshooting on a variety of issues that may extend beyond the reach of traditional HR, requiring the ability to network cross-functionally and leverage relationships to support business needs
• Respond to a wide variety of questions concerning data processing, employee personnel files, unemployment, and subsidiary mirror processes
• Manage and resolve advanced HR transactions across the employee lifecycle (e.g., transfers, promotions, compensation, terminations, benefits)
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems (e.g., Workday, Costpoint)
• Monitor case management workflows (ServiceNow) to ensure timely, high-quality resolution
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Support audits, compliance activities, and employee records management (personnel, medical, immigration, legal)
• Partner with Manager to lead or support projects by translating requirements into actionable plans and tracking execution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions
• Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to team members

Requirements:
• Must have experience with Workday HCM and HR Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and handling escalations
• Ability to influence without formal authority and collaborate across teams
• Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
• Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of HR operation experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of HR operation experience; OR High school diploma/equivalent with 6+ years of HR operation experience
