This is a volunteer remote role for a Senior HR/People Operations Specialist at CrowdDoing. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with volunteers to support social innovations and systemic change efforts.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Employee Benefits administration
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of social innovation and systemic change is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
