Job Title: Workday HCM Analyst (GC/USC Only)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with possible extension
Work Type: Fully Remote (EST Time Zone Only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay range: $60/hr – $67/hr on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Analyst with strong expertise in Core HCM, Security, and Integrations to support and enhance its Workday platform. This role will focus on system configuration, security design, integrations, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as SME for Workday Core HCM, Security, and Integrations
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules and business processes
• Design and manage Workday Security roles, domains, and access controls
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are met
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Studio, and Orchestration
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy enhancements and fixes
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams
• Support Workday projects, implementations, and optimization initiatives
• Provide guidance and training to end users and HRIS teams
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong expertise in Core HCM
• Workday Security (roles, domains, policies)
• Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Deep understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Security groups & domain policies
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field
Certifications:
• Workday Pro Certification – Core HCM (Required)
